“I met Sandy at a time in my life when life was very difficult, and I was learning to trust and completely depend on Jesus. I saw some of her Lion paintings depicting the different roles Jesus fulfills. I have the privilege of raising many children of awesome artist talent, however not having any of my own. It was such a blessing to find a sister in Christ who has gone ahead of them and produced such fine and meaningful art. I purchased a painting for almost all of the kids and an original lion, "The Judge," for myself. Since I have spent over a decade dealing with injustice, this painting is a daily reminder of who our only real Judge is—a Just Judge, full of wisdom and mercy. My friendship with Sandy is even more beautiful than her paintings, I believe she has been blessed and gifted to share the love of Jesus through art and a heart filled with His spirit.”
